- One cup of rice stock
- One cup of dal stock
- One cup of stock from boiling moringa leaves and one green chilly
- One - two teaspoons of coconut oil
- One pinch of turmeric
- One teaspoon of lemon juice
- One pinch of Rock salt or Saidhav salt
This is an amazing elixir that will keep your tummy light as it fights through fevers, colds or stomach upsets.
