Soup for the soul

Many people have asked me what to eat when unwell. Here is a simple and easily digestible soup that you can drink when hungry. Else, it is better to rest the digestive system when unwell.

  • One cup of rice stock
  • One cup of dal stock
  • One cup of stock from boiling moringa leaves and one green chilly
  • One - two teaspoons of coconut oil
  • One pinch of turmeric
  • One teaspoon of lemon juice
  • One pinch of Rock salt or Saidhav salt 
This is an amazing elixir that will keep your tummy light as it fights through fevers, colds or stomach upsets.
