Sutra 40 - Shavasan

Practice Shavasan for about 5 minutes every day. Shavasan or Yogic Relaxation is a powerful way to recuperate. Shavasan helps in fighting insomnia. You can follow the instructions given in the video or learn the art from a Yoga teacher. Shavasan is very deceptive, it appears as if you are doing nothing, but will take your entire participation and focus to get the full benefit from it.
